Stress box at the Artrix

Stressbox is a new wellness workshop for primary school children aged 7 to 9 which aims to alleviate stress with music, movement and meditation for young people coping with busy lives.

Creator Liam Joe choreographs music, boxing and mediation whist teaching you how to deal and cope with stress. The session ceremonies will have you feeling energetic and as some have said before "on another planet". It will certainly have you counting down the days to your next session, that's for sure!
